well i got my guild wars acc hacked

i got the creppy NCsoft fake email ( i didn't know it was fake when i clicked link and such)so now my Guild Wars acc is hacked what should i do? i rly would like to get my account back

Please help me

That you got hacked and would like ur account back, further nothing yet. They will ask for the stuff they need in an answer

Shoesize, eyecolor, haircolor, weight, ... You know, all the obvious information a game support needs.

Honestly, tell them your story, and they will help you further. But if you're too lazy to even use your most basic braincells:

-> Your name and email
-> As many info on the acount as you can (including acces keys)
-> The story
-> That's it

Done, should have your acount back in no time, albeit without items and characters probably...

they wonnt answer my email this time cuz when i first sent it about my acc got hacked they answered in like 5mins now i have sent 2 emails and no respons

Thats terrible, you should probably spam some fansites that can't help you and have already told you who you needed to contact untill NCsoft helps you then.

on a side note.
if this is the second time your acct has been taken from you.....

On topic if this was your second time shouldn't you be to blame since you blindly clicked those links in the first place? If you haven't noticed there is a thread or two about account security on here.

You should Put you CD keys from ALL your games, your address, and your full name. They may ask for a little more information but within a week you should have your account back.

It takes awhile for NCSOFT to get back to you. I got my account back in about 3 days since the initial email aka today.

well i will give them a week or 2 but i did send 2 tickets by misstake to them will that matter? i went to look if it was delivered but clicked send so they got 2 tickets
