Got my guild wars account hacked
well i got my guild wars acc hacked i got the creppy NCsoft fake email ( i didn't know it was fake when i clicked link and such)so now my Guild Wars acc is hacked what should i do? i rly would like to get my account back
Please help me |

they wonnt answer my email this time cuz when i first sent it about my acc got hacked they answered in like 5mins now i have sent 2 emails and no respons

Thats terrible, you should probably spam some fansites that can't help you and have already told you who you needed to contact untill NCsoft helps you then.

just contact support like you did the first time. Just give them your account info(email, password(orignial one), and your story)
But we(as a gw community) can't help you and nor will anet get your items and (possibly) chars back And slightly off topic: can we plz stop getting these "i lost my acount what should i do Q.Q threads" |

It takes awhile for NCSOFT to get back to you. I got my account back in about 3 days since the initial email aka today.

well i will give them a week or 2 but i did send 2 tickets by misstake to them will that matter? i went to look if it was delivered but clicked send so they got 2 tickets
